Return Policy

1. Return Period (14 days)

You have the right to change your mind! You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return the product and request a refund.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• The product must not have been used (for obvious hygiene reasons).
• It must be returned in its original undamaged packaging, accompanied by all its accessories.

3. Return Procedure

Send us an email at contact@kovolt.fr with your order number to inform us of your wish to return the product. Once your request is validated, we will provide you with the postal address of our warehouse in France to send back the package.

Shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

4. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
